Know the profile and aspirations of candidates to maximize their potential.
Transmission of the selection to the client
Announce orally or in writing the results of interviews with candidates. Interviews will be organized with the client face-to-face or at a distance.
Communicate the result to the candidate
Personally inform the candidate of the client’s decision and suggest other opportunities.
Welcome and celebrate the arrival of the candidate
A person from our team will accompany you during the first months in your new position.
